Position Available: Child and Family Support Specialist 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Provide mentoring, skill development, supervision, safety monitoring, and other services for children and adolescents. 

• Provide parent support and training. 

• Crisis support. 

• Team with social workers and other service providers.  

• Provide transportation for clients as needed; our services are provided in the home and in the community. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in human services, social work, or related field is preferred. 

• Experience working with at-risk children and families 

• A valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance

Work Schedule: 

• Scheduled hours may be during the morning, day, evening, and weekends, and occur in 

• Jefferson, Green and Rock Counties 

• Part-time and full-time positions are available 

Compensation and benefits:  

• Starting pay $16+ based on experience  

• Earned paid personal time. 

• Training stipend
