Job Description
Orion Family Services, an innovative non-profit community mental health agency, is looking to add a dedicated supervisor to provide clinical supervision to our treatment team of skilled In-Home and Outpatient Therapists. We are a licensed outpatient mental health clinic with locations in Madison and Monroe, Wisconsin, which provides an array of community services throughout southern Wisconsin, with an expertise in the provision of Trauma Informed In-Home Family Therapy. Position Available: Child and Family Clinical Supervisor

Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in social work, human services, or related field
  • License in the State of Wisconsin to practice psychotherapy
  • Independently licensed for minimum 3 years
  • NPI number
  • Medicaid Provider Certification (if not obtained, must be eligible to apply)
  • Minimum 1 year experience and 1000 clinically supervised hours working with children who meet SED criteria
  • Experience with assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
  • Experience working within a multidisciplinary team
  • Familiarity with 3rd party billing
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and good driving record
  • Must pass WI Caregiver background checks
  • Commitment, Integrity and an ability to laugh easily!
