Web Project Manager

Job Description
Integrated Marketing Solutions (IMS) is an affiliate company of Colony Brands, Inc. IMS has 20+ years’ of experience in comprehensive list management, alternative media marketing, and list brokerage and is focused on leveraging our knowledge and analytics to best market products to customers. To keep our business growing, we are actively searching for a skilled individual to join the team as a Web Project Manager. If you have excellent problem-solving skills and a solid background in designing web site layouts this could be the position for you!
What You’ll Do
You’ll be responsible for all aspects of project management for medium to large-scale projects including process improvement, marketing launches and technology projects. You will be trusted to exercise sound judgment in the identification and resolution of business issues related to projects. You’ll also be responsible for:
o Mapping existing processes to identify areas for improvement
o Managing the whole scope of a project
o Creating technical specifications and modeling data
o Designing usable web sites and web site layouts, navigation, and content elements
What It Takes
This position requires superior project management skills. You’ll need the ability to simultaneously manage the day-to-day execution of reporting and planning tasks of keeping projects on-track and think “big-picture” to drive toward strategic goals.
In addition, we are looking for:
• a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or math
• 5+ years’ process & business analysis experience
• 5+ years’ directing project team members & project deliverables
• 3+ years’ system analysis & design
• knowledge of user behaviors/needs
