Inbound Supervisor – Fulfillment Center
Colony Brands, Inc. is one of the world’s largest and most successful direct marketing catalog and e-Commerce companies. To support our growing non-food/hardgoods divisions, we are seeking an assertive, problem solving Inbound Supervisor to coordinate the successful inbound flow of product, especially in the clothing and accessories division. What You’ll Do
In a nutshell, you’ll be supervising the overall flow of in/outbound materials throughout our Madison Fulfillment Center which includes receiving procedures, Quality Assurance, material handling procedures, product staging and location, and trafficking.
You’ll also be responsible for:
• Providing training to employees on proper procedures.
• Supervise performance of Assistant Supervisors, Leads, and Coordinators.
• Maintain best cube utilization via product placement and consolidation.

What It Takes
We need a leader who has experience working in an operations related field who has the ability to solve day-to-day operational problems.
In addition, we are looking for:
• 3 to 4 years of the same work experience.
• Prior leadership &/or management experience.
• The ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Power Point, and the Internet.
• The ability to effectively communicate in a team building environment.
