To support our growing company, we are seeking an assertive, self-motivated Parcel Logistics Analyst in the Monroe Fulfillment division. If you’re somebody who enjoys analyses that support efforts to identify cost savings opportunities, coordinating and performing complex database report processing and programming functions -this could be the place for you!

What You’ll Do
In a nutshell, you’ll develop reporting tools and applications to meet informational needs, coordinate and train individuals in the use of and provide expertise about the full capability of department reports and databases and internally developed software programs and systems, in addition to leading the department process to audit all Parcel Carrier invoices throughout the year. You’ll also be responsible for:
• Designs, develops, formats, and prepares management information and reports
• Designs, develops, tests, and coordinates the creation of programs and databases
• Leads carrier payment processing
• Collects data for seasonal carrier presentations
• Ensuring robust communication between testing teams, management and Monroe Fulfillment, Vendors, etc.


What It Takes
We need a Parcel Logistics Analyst with experience providing consistent support to carrier and operational areas, and setting departmental support processes and reporting. Ideally you will have a Bachelor's degree in a Business, Computer Science, or related discipline and 3-4 years’ complex analyses and report building support experience.
In addition, we are looking for:
• A proven record of effectively dealing with various personality types
• 3+ years’ experience providing report building with complex analyses
• 3 + years' experience in SQL Server Management and Microsoft Visual Studio
• Exposure to Windows Scheduler
• An extensive knowledge and use of MS Office and Windows applications, especially Excel and Access (including VBA and TSQL programming)
• The ability to work independently with limited supervision
