If you have a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field and a minimum of one year prior experience working with adults with mental health, AODA, physical handicaps, cognitive delays, or frail elders, and are bilingual in English and Spanish, we want you to join our team. Previous IRIS experience preferred. This is a full-time, benefit eligible opportunity.

An IRIS Consultant provides thoughtful and effective services as an IRIS Consultant (IRIS = Include, Respect, I Self-Direct) to individuals directing their long-term care, supports and services. As a member of an ICA Team, partner with individuals receiving long-term care supports and services to understand and develop what is possible and desirable in their lives.
