Position: We currently have an opportunity for a Summer Intern, Environmental Engineering in our Arlington, Texas office.


  • May participate in a broad variety of environmental engineering assignments including soil, soil gas, and groundwater sampling and remediation; feasibility study development and analysis; remedy design; remedy implementation; operation, maintenance, and monitoring.

  • Perform construction oversight and documentation.

  • Prepare environmental permits.

  • Prepare work plans and proposals.

  • Perform calculations and engineering evaluations.

  • Interpret and present data, and perform database management.

  • Prepare reports, conceptual designs, and detailed construction plans and specifications.

  • Perform other environmental engineering tasks such as the development of SPCC, SWPP, and Response Activity Plans.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Must demonstrate effective course work completion toward a targeted Bachelor of Science or Master of Science Degree in environmental engineering or other engineering/science degree with environmental focus.

  • 0 - 1 years of environmental consulting experience preferred.

  • Must have excellent communication and writing skills.

  • Fluency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.) is mandatory.

  • Must possess solid technical and problem solving skills, and must be willing to accept occasional short and long term field assignments.

  • Must have a valid driver's license.

  • Candidates possessing a 40-hour HAZWOPER health and safety training certificate or an up-to-date 8-hr annual refresher course certification are preferred, but not required.
