This position will be responsible for building maintenance and cleanliness, truck deliveries, as well as some miscellaneous duties.

Job Duties:

  • Picks up and delivers trucks to customer sites.
  • Evaluate, repair and maintain facility, interior and exterior.
  • Communicate with Branch Manager about any work that requires outside expert assistance.
  • Keep building in clean and orderly condition by performing cleaning duties.
  • Gather and empty trash.
  • Service, clean and supply restrooms.
  • Receive and respond to reports of maintenance issues on premises.
  • Maintain fire, carbon monoxide, smoke and other safety systems within the structure.
  • Use computer to enter records

Desired Qualities/Skills:

  • Working experience in a maintenance focused position
  • Working experience as a delivery driver

Position Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Must have valid driver's license, Class B, CDL preferred but not required
  • Good knowledge of the area, and ability to read maps and follow specific directions
  • Ability to climb heights, lift up to 60 lbs and climb onto ladders
