HVAC Apprentice
Position Summary
As an HVAC apprentice at Epic, you'll begin to learn a trade that will be with you throughout your life! You'll be working alongside experienced tradespeople and learn what it means to maintain our . You'll make money while learning on the job and in the classroom. Epic pays for your training! Completion of an apprenticeship program takes about 5 years and once complete you'll have the knowledge and experience to be called a professional. Epic partners with Associated Builders and Contractors of Wisconsin for the apprenticeship program.

More about the Apprenticeship:
- Service and maintain commercial HVAC systems such as heat pumps, air and water distribution systems, geothermal, chiller plants, atomizing humidification, gas fired boilers, and refrigeration
- Interpret construction drawings and maintain a safe working environment
- Solder and braze various types of metal
- Participate in safety discussions and maintain a safe working environment
