HVAC Apprentice
Position Summary

As an HVAC apprentice at Epic, you'll begin to learn a trade that will be with you throughout your life! You'll be working alongside experienced tradespeople and learn what it means to maintain our . You'll make money while learning on the job and in the classroom. Epic pays for your training! Completion of an apprenticeship program takes about 5 years and once complete you'll have the knowledge and experience to be called a professional. Epic partners with Associated Builders and Contractors of Wisconsin for the apprenticeship program.

More about the Apprenticeship:
  • Service and maintain commercial HVAC systems such as heat pumps, air and water distribution systems, geothermal, chiller plants, atomizing humidification, gas fired boilers, and refrigeration
  • Interpret construction drawings and maintain a safe working environment
  • Solder and braze various types of metal
  • Participate in safety discussions and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements
  • Desire to pursue a career in the HVACR Industry
  • Active on-line or tech school training
  • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Relocation to the Madison, WI area
  • COVID-19 vaccination
