Sr. Software Developer-C# (Onsite)

As an experienced Software Developer on our team, you'll work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and other talented developers to design and implement solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible. You'll develop, test, implement, document and maintain high quality business systems software solutions using the latest programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Your role will also include maintaining and improving our software, ensuring it's secure, reliable, and performs at its best. The individual in this position will take a lead role on complex initiatives and will mentor staff as needed.

The salary range for this role is $70,000-$110,000. Salary will be determined based on a candidate's qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.

Qualifications

* BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalency in related education and professional work experience
* FinTech, banking/lending experience is helpful
* 8+ years of work experience in a software development role
* 4+ years of experience in a combination of the following:
- Cloud-based infrastructure, AWS preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of microservices architecture, application development lifecycle, event-driven and asynchronous architecture, object-oriented design, etc.
- .NET Core, C#; development of RESTful API services. Certifications and additional experience with languages such as Python a plus.
- MySQL, Dynamo, or similar database experience
- Azure DevOps and Pipelines; CI/CD a plus
- Git or an equivalent distributed version-control system / repo
- Experience with or a willingness to learn to read COBOL and JCL code a plus
* Proven ability to collaborate on designs, estimates, and delivery of complex development tasks while acting as a proactive team member in an Agile development environment
* Creates clean and maintainable code following coding standards and secure coding requirements
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Drives innovation and delivers high-quality products that meet customer needs
* Willingness to go beyond typical job duties to help the team meet sprint commitments
* Proficient in verbal and written communication for both technical and business audiences
* Continually enhance and share knowledge in application development best practices, technologies, methodologies, and standards
* Willingly acquires, applies, and trains others in new technical skills driven by business needs or technological advancements
