As a Behavioral Health Nursing Supervisor you will:

• Functions under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer and assumes responsibility for the Nursing Department as assigned.

• Is the leader in charge when administration is out of the building.

• The Nurse Manager is responsible for implementing nursing goals and objectives based on budget parameters.

• Supervises nursing staff, assesses patients' needs and provides nursing care for patients.

• Plans and organizes training for unit staff members, and participates in guidance and educational programs.

As a Behavioral Health Nursing Supervisor you will have:

• Degree from an accredited school of nursing.

• BSN preferred.

• Valid state Registered Nurse license.

• 3-5 years of nursing experience in a behavioral health hospital environment.

• 1 to 2 years supervisory/leadership experience.
