We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Systems Administrator, Finance Applications, who possesses in-depth technical knowledge, an aptitude for Finance systems, can maintain and optimize leading applications, including Concur, Coupa, NetSuite for seamless finance operations within the organization. You will be working with the Finance stakeholders for supporting these financial applications and their integrations within and to 3rd party solutions. The qualified candidate will also provide support by performing demos and training users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configurations and Customizations: Configure and customize Concur and Coupa applications to meet the organization's specific business needs.

  • User Management: Create and manage user accounts, profiles, and permission sets, ensuring appropriate access levels and security settings are in place.

  • Data Management: Maintain data integrity and accuracy within these finance applications, including data imports, deduplication, and maintaining data hygiene best practices.

  • Reports and Dashboards: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide key performance metrics and insights for various stakeholders.

  • Automation and Workflows: Design and implement automated processes and workflows to streamline business operations and improve productivity.

  • Integration: Integrate NetSuite with other systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and enhance overall system functionality.

  • User Training and Support: Provide training to users on the latest features and best practices and offer ongoing support to address user queries and issues.

  • Application Upgrades and Releases: Stay up to date with releases and implement necessary upgrades while ensuring compatibility with existing configurations.

  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues, system errors, and performance problems within the finance applications.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize financial processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Security and Compliance: Maintain a strong focus on data security and SOX compliance, implementing appropriate security measures and adhering to organization policies.

  • Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Concur, Coupa and NetSuite configurations, processes, and procedures.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, along with Finance stakeholders to understand their requirements and align accordingly.

  • Project Management: Lead or assist in projects, such as system migrations, integrations, or enhancements.

  • Stay Current with latest Trends: Stay informed about new application features and best practices to leverage the platform effectively.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP Concur, Coupa and NetSuite implementations, advanced configurations, and support.

  • 5+ years of SAP Concur Administrator Experience with ability to configure, implement and support expense processes, including Cognos Reporting.

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as Coupa Administrator.

  • 5+ years of NetSuite Administrator experience with ability to customize user forms, fields and custom records, Workflows, Restlets, Suite Builder, Suite Analytics, Suite Script 2.x, SOAP API.

  • Proficiency with ERP Modules: Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Finance & Accounting, CRM.

  • Strong detailed understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to:
    Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoicing, Taxes)

  • Previous experience working in a SOX environment is a plus.

  • Previous experience communicating with internal and external audit functions.

  • Previous experience with the following applications is also desirable: Avalara & Salesforce

  • ASC 606 experience or understanding would be a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work creatively in problem solving environment.

  • Finance/Accounting degree is a plus.

Annual Salary Guidelines: $115,000 - $140,000
