POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Business Analyst of ITS will be responsible for managing client relationships, oversee the initiation and delivery of client projects. This role will serve as the single point of contact for developing statements of work, fielding questions from clients and providing appropriate resolution and response. The Senior Business Analyst will work within the Lifepoint ITS group leaders to ensure that all project work and costs are compiled prior to delivery. This position will also be expected to perform various financial analysis, trending and forecasting, business case modeling and reporting activities that support both the short and long-term strategic plans in the capital & operating budgets of the department. The requirements of the role may vary due to business challenges, and therefore may be adjusted with specific initiatives in mind. The following skills are preferred to effectively carry out the role: Customer relationship management, Sales & marketing management, New business development, Presentations preparation and delivery at Senior Management level, Project management, Financial management, Leadership, team building, committed to helping clients and able to work well under pressure and demonstrate excellent communication both verbal and written, problem-solving, and customer service skills. This position will assist in identifying process and performance metric improvements, creating, managing transitional Service SOWs/financials, Management Service agreements, SOWs/financial and the creation of a quarterly ITS report card that reflects the value and accomplishments of the ITS department.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in financial analysis field; Healthcare related experience preferred.
