Education and Experience
Master's Degree from an accredited Graduate Program.
A qualified speech-language pathologist holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association based on organization requirements.
Certification/Licensure
Licensed to practice in the State of Wisconsin and/or Illinois.
Approved CPR or BLS certification within 90 days
