Salary: Minimum base $130K + Bonus Eligibility

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and improvement of web analytics data for our organization. In this role, your objective will be to enhance data-driven decision-making by providing accurate and actionable insights through web analytics. This role will involve overseeing the selection, configuration, maintenance, and feature enhancement of web analytics tools to collect and analyze user behavior, conversion metrics, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).


What you'll be doing:
Oversee the tools:

  • Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for web analytics based on organizational needs and business goals.
  • Identify opportunities for new features, enhancements, and integrations that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Engineering, Marketing, and eCommerce, to develop and deliver web analytics products and features.
  • Oversee tagging of ecommerce features, ensuring proper data collection and analysis.
  • Ensure data flows correctly into web analytics tools and other marketing data tools.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and practices in web analytics products and the broader digital marketing landscape.
  • Define and track key performance indicators for the health of web analytics products.

Produce Insights:

  • Utilize web analytics tools and platforms to collect and analyze data related to user behaviors, traffic acquisition, website performance, and conversion metrics.
  • Produce insights and dashboards on web performance using SQL and PowerBI.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from the data to drive optimization and decision-making.
  • Oversee one analyst who supports in creating reports and actionable insights from the tools and datasets.

Support the organization:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback, understand requirements, and communicate product updates.
  • Present product plans, roadmaps, and performance metrics to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Support product adoption by creating training materials, conducting training sessions, and providing guidance to internal teams and customers.

What you bring to the table

  • Strong technical background with knowledge of site tags, tracking pixels, and web tracking mechanisms. Knowledge of data collection best practices, data quality standards, and data governance principles.
  • Proven project management skills, including managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and aligning strategies with business objectives.
  • Ability to think innovatively, identify areas for improvement, and develop new ideas and techniques for marketing data analysis and strategy.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and reliability
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Continuous learning mindset, staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Experience managing a direct report.

Qualifications :

What's needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Adobe Analytics.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a product management capacity or similar function, engaging with engineers and data professionals.

What's needed- Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Familiarity with AB testing processes and methodologies.
