About the Role

KraftHeinz is looking for a do it all Senior Production Manager to manage the day-to-day workflows within our internal Production team called "The Kitchen". This role will provide operational best practice in our internal team through timeline management, resource allocation, production management, freelance networking and overseeing the delivery of core projects.

The Senior Production Manager will lead our production team inclusive of our designers and content creator and will work closely with our communications, creative and broader brand teams to deliver on briefs into the production team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Resource allocation, scheduling & management of production & design departments.
  • Manage Studio bookings & ad hoc production requests.
  • Feasibility checks on creative concepts, fit for production.
  • Oversee & coordinate all shoots Kitchen productions including delivering to timeline- liaising with freelancers and broader agency ecosystem.
  • Ownership of PPM decks.
  • Lead team of 3 within our internal production group.
  • Financial management of all production budgets.

About You

  • Strong time management and communication skills with good attention to detail.
  • Experience with using basic production equipment - camera, LED lighting, backdrops, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and manage internal stakeholder timelines.
  • Knowledge of basic design principles and how to produce fit for format creative.
