We are in search of a digital strategist to maintain and develop our suite of websites, as well as discover, review, and analyze our digital media partners. This individual will work in conjunction with the both the executive and dealership teams, to increase and strengthen our digital initiatives. The ideal candidate must have a proactive personality, and have a true passion for digital marketing.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Explain digital concepts to an array of different digital knowledge levels
• Provide consultation, direction, and training, for internal stakeholders
• Develop new ways to increase online lead generation and conversion
• Provide monthly reporting to the executive team
• Stay ahead of the curve with automotive digital trends, as well as overall digital industry trends
• Manage relationships with digital partners
• Establish goals and metrics to measure digital success, growth, opportunities, and failures
• Find ways to quantify digital successes for executive team.
• Audit websites for optimal website health
• Analyze competitor’s digital strategies
• Audit digital vendors to ensure we’re getting the products we purchase
• Analyze website analytics and vendor data
• Conduct routine online reputation audits
• Routinely make decisions based on analytics
• Ability to personally troubleshoot and fix e-commerce related issues
• Strategic planning, timeline development, and forecasting for all digital initiatives
• E-Commerce goal-setting

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in an e-commerce role
• Must be have some HTML knowledge
• Extensive experience with Google AdWords campaigns
• Experience working on the backend of a variety of different website platforms
• Deep understanding of Google Analytics
• Familiarity Google Business listings
• Solid understanding of Search Engine Optimization best practices
• Exceptional eye for detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
