About our group:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team as a Business Process Improvement Intern. The intern will work closely with our business process improvement team to identify, analyze, and improve business processes across the organization. The intern will also be responsible for documenting process improvements and presenting findings to senior management.

About the role - you will:

  • Collaborate with business process improvement team to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze how customer requirements are given to the Storage Device Firmware team, and how they're prioritized and planned.
  • Develop and implement process improvement plans.
  • Document process improvements and present findings to senior management.
  • Assist with other business process improvement projects as needed.
  • Study and identify processes that need to be understood and documented

About you:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with a diverse group of engineers and .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Your experience includes:

Pursuing a degree in business and enrolled in fall 2024 classes.

Colorado's 2021 Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) requires we inform you of the estimated base salary range for this position: $18 - $24. Actual salary range is based on fair market value of the role in the geography in which you live based on the requirements of the job and your skills.
