About the Role

  • Manage CI plans and activities for the business and oversee their implementation.
  • Build trusted business relationships by provision of CI advice to all departments as required.
  • Execute the continuous policies and guidelines.
  • Engage with other departments to sustain, improve, and streamline all processes with a primary focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
  • As part of the Continuous Improvement Team, advise change agents and team members on medium-sized project tasks.

About You

  • Understanding of CI within the business context
  • Experience in CI and project management, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships.
  • Outstanding analytical skills, proficient in identifying areas for improvement, mapping and planning, then leading the execution.
