Overview:

We have exciting opportunities for Dental Hygienists in Madison, WI. This is a full-time position with patient hours, offering a competitive wage starting at $38.50+ per hour (based on experience) and a generous $10,000 signing bonus.

As a Dental Hygienist, your primary role will involve examining patients for signs of oral diseases, such as gingivitis, and providing preventative care during dental visits. You will also play a crucial role in educating patients about dental hygiene to help them maintain optimal oral health. The position involves one-hour recall appointments.

Joining the team means becoming a part of a dental provider with a rich history dating back to 1969. The office is a widely respected leader in the community, with seven locations strategically positioned to serve our patients in and around the Madison area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess sharp clinical skills including but not limited to capturing diagnostic x-rays, evaluating/treating periodontal disease, placing sealants, and providing options on preventative solutions for caries prevention and management.
  • Removing plaque and calculus by scaling and polishing teeth
  • Perform oral cancer screenings.
  • Ability to co-treatment plan with DDS utilizing available technology.
  • Providing dental health education about tooth and gum care
  • Maintain accurate patient records.
  • Collaborate with other dental professionals in the practice to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Mon 7:30-4:30

Tue 7:30-4:30

Wed Closed

Thu 7:30-4:30

Fri 7:30-4

Requirements:

  • Registered Dental Hygienist License
  • Anesthesia Certification
  • CPR
  • 1 year of experience is preferred but will consider a new graduate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working with computer technology.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
