Food Supply Specialist
If you have a passion for precision, communication prowess, and an eagle eye for detail, we want YOU to join our dynamic team as a Food Supply Specialist!
What You'll Do:
As a Food Supply Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of operations within our Food Supply Chain. Your days will be filled with a diverse range of tasks, from managing purchase orders and communicating with suppliers to coordinating sample orders and collaborating with internal teams.
You'll also be responsible for:
*Contacting suppliers to confirm purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in procurement process.
*Serving as a central point of contact between internal teams and suppliers, promptly informing stakeholders of any changes or updates to orders.
*Maintaining organized supplier files, ensuring all necessary documents are up to date and easily accessible.
*Facilitating the ordering and delivery of samples for internal teams, contributing to product innovation and selection.
*Working closely with the accounting department to address discrepancies in purchase orders, pricing, and payment terms, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.

We need a motivated professional with a Collaborative mindset and able to work effectively within a team environment and across departments.
In addition, we are looking for:
*An associate degree in business or a related field
*3+ years in similar role within the food industry, demonstrating proficiency in supply chain management and procurement processes
*Solid computer skills, especially in MS Excel and Word
*Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
*Excellent organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
*We value collaboration and believe that it often happens best in person. This position is required to work onsite at our Monroe, WI
