Part-Time Construction Estimator

Job Description
Small construction company looking for Estimator, part-time around 24-32 hours a week. Company works on residential homes within 1 hour commute of the Muskego area. Your job is to meet with customers to review projects and calculate estimates. Candidate will have to know estimating technique, cost control, and material pricing. Company will train the right candidate. Responsible for answering phone, scheduling estimate, and customer service. You will be using your own car for commuting to customer resident. Company will reimburse for gas mileage. Candidates are expected to do 12-15 estimates a week. You will be using following programs Jobber, Paypal, and QuickBooks. Need Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Company will pay $20hr and up. When not out in the field doing estimates, you can work remotely from home.
