About The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to join our team. This position will report to the Internal Audit Director, who reports functionally to the Audit Committee and administratively to the Vice President, Corporate Controller.

The Internal Auditor will conduct the auditing process at various locations, includingplanning audits, conducting fieldwork, creating reports and related communications, assessing impact of findings, presenting to stakeholders, and providing regular status updates. Financial, information technology, operational, and compliance risks will be assessed. This position must be able to assess and recommend improvements to the internal control environment using leading practices and control frameworks. In the event findings and process improvements are identified, this position will collaborate with management to implement recommendations and improve processes. This position may work with outside auditors to help reconcile discrepancies or support the external auditing function.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field required
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in internal audit and/or at a public accounting/ consulting firm.
  • CPA or CIA certification preferred
  • Experience with IT Risk preferred and experience in data & analytics would be a plus
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, and techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, communication/presentation skills, organization skills and attention to detail
  • Extensive problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Travel to company locations is required for this position.
