We are seeking a Systems Security Manager - Cybersecurity to:

  • Cultivate relationships across the enterprise to influence security strategies while maintaining business goals.
  • Mentor and develop a team of talented cybersecurity professionals
  • Use financial acumen for general contract review, departmental budgeting, business justifications, and ROI, while considering risk and financial impact
  • Continuously drive cyber risk reduction in a patient-focused and rapidly evolving IT environment.
  • Develop and implement a people centric change management strategy

Education:

Minimum - Bachelor's Degree (4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to experience below)

Preferred - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field

Work Experience:

Minimum -

  • Three years of experience in planning and implementing mid to large scale security or technical projects.
  • Three years supervisory or management experience.

Preferred -

  • Extensive project management experience.
  • Five years supervisory or management experience.
  • Experience developing and supporting applications deployed in a 24x7 healthcare setting.

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum - None

Preferred -

  • CISSP
  • Other security and/or technical certifications
