Job Description

As a full-timeOperations Support Review Specialist 1you'll #makelivesbetter by assisting our customers with their burning deposit-related questions via phone, email, and chat. Additionally, your top-notch attention-to-detail skills will come in handy as you work through a variety of deposit operations functions including account maintenance, return mail, stop payments, proof corrections, and special statement handling.

Education and experience you'll need:

  • Two years customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Basic Keyboarding skills and the ability to navigate in a Windows environment.
  • Related financial setting experience is a plus, but not required.

A day in the life in this role:

  • Accurately reviews all necessary maintenance located within Director file maintenance reports, all CRM dashboards and spreadsheets as well as within Associated Bank, WireXchange and Centrix if required.
  • Accurately reviews all new accounts if required.
  • Accurately reviews all wires, mobile deposits if required.
  • Accurately reviews all Cash Management requests including and not limited to Positive Pay, ACH Filtering and Sweep Set Ups if required.
  • Accurately performs all shared Operations Support duties including and not limited to forfeitures, debit card maintenance, deposit review, all holds, etc.
  • Provides distinctive customer service to internal and external customers by responding to all phone calls, chats and emails in a friendly, prompt and accurate manner.
  • Prepares proper reporting of all calls, emails and chats received.
  • Investigates customer issues and provides prompt follow through.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements.
  • Recommends and implements updates to procedures or policies as it relates to regulatory compliance or to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Cross trains within the department and provides primary back-up support, resulting in a cohesive team.
  • Ensures compliance with state and federal laws, regulations and adheres to Bank policies and procedures.

Logistics:

This is a full-time entry-level position located at our corporate headquarters in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. Your typical schedule would be 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, working alternating weeks 8am - 5pm/8:30am - 5:30pm, with one Saturday morning every six weeks.
