Work Schedule:
  • Second Shift (2P - 10:30P) Monday - Friday, + shift differential
  • Ability to work all shifts as required by training needs
  • Saturday and Sunday overtime days as needed

  • Products produced: Sweet relish, Grey Poupon mustard, yellow mustard, vinegar, pickle variations, BBQ sauce

We are currently hiring for De-Palletizer operators on 2nd shift. This person is responsible for the start of the packaging process, ensuring that bottles and cans are properly delivered to the lines! As you develop your operator skills there is plenty of room for growth to other roles within the factory.

Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Work in a safe manner, following all general safety rules of the plant. This includes but is not limited to the following tasks:
    • Following PPE requirements
    • Escalating safety defects and concerns to leads/supervisors

  • Assure that we are always working to meet or exceed our quality standards. This includes but is not limited to the following tasks:
    • Following GMP requirements
    • Inspecting raw materials and finished goods
    • Completing quality documentation
    • Assisting in rework as assigned
    • Escalating quality defects and concerns to leads/supervisors

  • Responsible for the operation of the de-palletizers in the facility to include but is not limited to the following tasks:
    • Setting up equipment
    • Changing over equipment
    • Shutting down equipment
    • Loading and unloading materials
    • Clearing jams
    • Inspecting incoming materials for defects
    • Assisting with sanitation as required
    • Troubleshoot equipment as necessary

  • Support Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) at the operator level. This includes, but is not limited to, participation in the following processes:
    • Shift Hand Offs Meetings
    • Level 1 Meetings
    • Performance Boards
    • Centerline Management (CLM)
    • Clean to Inspect and Reapply Lubrication (CIL)
    • 5S
    • Defect Handling
    • Start Up/Shut Down
    • Changeovers
    • Daily Problem Handling

  • Work with support departments to improve line performance
  • Keep work area clean and orderly
  • Perform any other duty as assigned by supervisor or lead person

Qualifications:
  • Upon hire will train to become Lock Out Tag Out certified and maintain qualification
  • Must successfully pass on the job training and maintain operator qualification
