Field Technician (Madison)

Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
The successful candidate will be highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to work independently. A current WI driver's license (in good standing), along with five years of proven good driving history. Candidates must be able to lift up to 100 poundsrepeatedly and be able to work in severe weather conditions; both hot and cold.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Monitor erosion control measures, including coordinating silt fence installs and repairs with our trade partners.
- Observe and perform tasks outlined in the maintenance log for furnished models and move-in ready homes.
- Execute warranty requests from Customer Care Representatives as part of Field Technicians' responsibilities & duties.
- Perform and complete pre-move-in clean.
- Clean roads, sidewalks, curbs, and gutters in all neighborhoods.
- Deliver, replace, and remove dehumidifiers in our homes.
- Performing troubleshooting and repair on small engine machinery.
- Power washing homes
- Installing cluster mailbox units
