The Clinical Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for researching and developing the clinical body of evidence to support and influence product and business unit activities. This will include creating content and securing speakers for events, maintaining the Reference Site program, and providing the voice of the customer through product demonstrations and marketing activities across the Sun Nuclear Corporation (SNC) portfolio.

Overall responsibilities include developing clinical marketing recommendations and collaborating on the development of tools that highlight the clinical value proposition of SNC technology as well as develop Key Opinion Leader partners to enhance SNC's clinical credibility. The role requires detailed technical and clinical knowledge of SNC products, and a strong working-knowledge of medical physics.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Clinical input for comprehensive, evidence-based marketing programs
  • Work with Marketing, Customer success, Product Strategy, and other functions to develop new customer collateral. Specifically, case studies, clinical bibliography/ literature review, customer testimonials, and white papers.
  • Support downstream marketing counterparts to produce marketing content for diverse needs across all channels (demonstration software, print, digital, direct mail, public relations platforms, and more).
  • Implement and maintain clinical & publication strategy to support Sun Nuclear products and goals.
  • Provide competitive clinical updates, analysis, and strategic recommendations.
• Reference Site Development and Management
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOL) to help inform product launches, clinical speakers for events and meetings, and to provide a reference network for commercial teams.
• Clinical Program Development
  • Evaluate industry congress agendas and abstracts to recommend key talks for stakeholders; summarize key findings for use in Marketing material and competitive updates.
  • Manage and create content for Sun Nuclear's bi-annual QADS conference, forming agenda, inviting speakers and reviewing talks.
  • Recruit and manage speakers for industry congresses, product launches, events and webinars.
  • Keep Sun Nuclear teams updated with the latest research and developments in Radiation Oncology.

Knowledge, Experience and Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree with additional accredited clinical certifications.
• Prefer master's degree in medical physics with at least 4 years' experience in industry or clinic.
• Proven analytical skills and problem-solving techniques.
• Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in the technical aspects of radiation oncology and medical physics including clinical guidelines, current medical terminology, information, and communication systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
