Job Description
We are currently looking for a professional, detailed, and results-oriented team member to join our Human Resource department.  In this role, you’ll be a key member of the HR team working directly with managers throughout the organization coordinating new hire activities, benefits education and enrollment, annual performance management initiatives, and other HR department administrative support activities.

Here’s what you’ll do:
  • New hire and onboarding – Work closely with new hires and hiring managers to ensure efficient, timely, and seamless hiring and onboarding.
  • Benefits coordination – Ensure all benefits-eligible new hires fully understand their benefit options and can complete the enrollment selection process.
  • Performance management – Coordinate Interstate’s annual compensation adjustment and performance feedback activities.
  • Department administrative tasks – Coordinate and track employee leaves, manage Interstate’s HR email inbox, annual MVR tracking, and processing departmental invoicing.

Here’s what we’re looking for:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Independent, proactive, problem-solver who demonstrates empathy and integrity.
  • Focused, organized, flexible, and detail-oriented. 
  • Proficient with MS Office - specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience using an HRIS, Paylocity preferred.
  • Two to five years of relevant professional human resource experience.
  • High school degree required, relevant post-high school education and training preferred.
