Reporting to Senior Manager, Client Rebate Operations, the Analyst is responsible for operational aspects of Navitus' rebate programs including, but not limited to rebate optimization, rebate guarantee reconciliation and reporting, sales and request for proposal (RFP) support, and client operations.

How do I make an impact on my team?

• Responsible for providing sales and request for proposal (RFP) support for prospective clients, client renewals and market checks. Work closely with the Navitus Finance and Underwriting teams to evaluate rebates and manage risk in pricing.
• Support the contract review, data entry, evaluation, and reconciliation of Navitus client rebate financial guarantees. Understand the department and customer business needs and facilitate successful delivery of information for decision-making.
• Serve as direct contact for Navitus Client Services regarding client specific rebate guarantee questions and analyze client rebate guarantee performance data. Evaluate the impact that client requests have from a contractual and savings perspective.
• Coordinate with Analytics on the maintenance of the Navitus 3D Rebate guarantee reporting environment. Assist in managing new Rebate program initiatives and the expansion of rebate forecasting.
• Understand plan formulary design and rebate potentials, perform thorough claims data analyses to ensure the accuracy of group purchasing organization (GPO) rebate processing, and establish recommendations to Clients for rebate optimization.
• Analysis of formulary customizations to assist in providing rebate options for formulary strategies.
• Work closely with IRC Contractors and maintain a high-level understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturer rebate contracts. Support the Rebate Operations submission process with key, select pharmaceutical manufacturers.

What our team expects from you?

• Bachelor's degree OR pharmacy technician degree with three to five years of managed care/pharmacy benefits management or pharmaceutical experience
• Pharmacy technician, trade, Industry Relations, and/or analytical experience desired
• Ability to function independently as well as in a collaborative group environment
• Must be comfortable communicating across multiple areas within the organization and leading cross-departmental conversations
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
