While reporting to the Operational Excellence Leader, this position as a Continuous Improvement Leader plays a key role in cultivating and sustaining a culture of continuous improvement within the division. Responsible for guiding and inspiring employees at all levels to identify opportunities for enhancement and drive positive changes in processes, systems, and practices.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Actively promote and embed a mindset of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

  • Engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to encourage proactive problem-solving and idea generation.

  • Drive efficiency and productivity gains.

  • Lead and guide continuous improvement projects aimed at streamlining operations and eliminating inefficiencies.

  • Drive initiatives to reduce waste, improve workflow and enhance overall operational efficiency.

  • Measure and analyze key performance indicators to demonstrate tangible improvements in productivity and cost savings.

  • Problem solving and innovation.

  • Identify and analyze operational challenges, working collaboratively with teams to develop effective solutions.

  • Encourage a culture of innovation by fostering creative thinking and exploring new approaches to enhance products, services, and processes.

  • Implement best practices for problem-solving and establish a feedback loop for continuous learning and development.

Travel

This role requires up to 75% travel to various locations within the organization, fostering collaboration and implementing continuous improvement initiatives onsite.We are looking for individuals that are in or around the following areas.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

  • Experience in leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in a similar role.

This is a progression position and level will be based on candidate experience and business needs.

Compensation:

The annual base salary range for this role is from $87,375 to $104,850.
