eCommerce Business Development Manager - Gerber

OUR ROLE:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Amazon Americas business portfolio and P&L including direct 1P relationship as well as dedicated 3P seller partner.

  • Key contact for Amazon, including all AVN and price increase negotiations, promotional planning, event placement and special marketing and operational programs.

  • Responsible for maintaining a comprehensive presence on Amazon that is consistent with our own brand initiatives.

  • Monitor listings and partner with law firm to action against unauthorized resellers on Amazon.

  • Responsible for generating profitable business within amazon Americas by developing and implementing a comprehensive sales plan that includes new and existing sales strategies and tactics.

  • Learning detailed information about the customer (including strategic challenges and priorities)

  • Identifying key decision makers and coordinating necessary meetings with the account and Fiskars teams.

  • Prioritizing opportunities critical to the customer/account - includes managing and protecting the core items, adding new items, managing promotional plans and developing and prioritizing market support programs.

  • Ensuring professional sales coordination and planning (including forecast/report sales accuracy) and develop and deliver account proposals and market plans.

  • Partner with Demand Planner to forecast the business and ensure adequate inventory for key initiatives.

  • Responsible for managing the annual line AVN review process- includes efficiently utilizing all Fiskars resources (channel, product marketing, pr, sales analytics).

  • Identify and partner internally to drive new business opportunities for the Gerber business, including onboarding and owning new accounts (i.e. eBay, Etsy, Wayfair, etc)

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of progressive selling experience in CPG with major retail accounts.

  • Minimum 3 years of eCommerce experience, including 2 years on Amazon.

  • Experience with Amazon Vendor and Seller Central portals, FBA, and other Amazon channels.

  • Familiarity with 1P/3P business selling models and eCommerce technologies.
