Job Description
Position Title: Assembler
Wage: $16.50/hour
Shift: 3rd
Hours: 11pm-7am
Electrical Assemblers wanted! Accepting entry-level and experienced candidates.
Assembler Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assemble a variety of electronic assemblies, including automotive controls, sensors and lighting; medical equipment; and commercial LED lighting fixtures
- Operate a variety of electronic manufacturing machines
- Work on assembly lines putting together various electronic products
- Work with a variety of small hand tools
- Follow directions from supervisor or management
Assembler Requirements:
- Stand or walk entire shift (8 or 12 hours)
- Lift 40lbs from floor to waist
- Lift 5 gallons of flux Ix/week
- Rotation of hands/wrists left to right and up and down (almost constant)
- Twist from one side/middle/to other side (load station)
- Able to pass solder class
- Ability to recognize solder defects per customer requirements & IPC standards
- Ability to complete paperwork daily in a timely manner
- Ability to perform general maintenance on equipment (clean inside and outside of coater)
