Job Description
Position Title: CNC Mill Operator
Wage: $17-$19/hour
Shift: 2nd
Hours: 2pm-0:00am Monday-Thursday
We are looking for an entry-level CNC Mill Operator who is eager to learn and grow in the field of machining. As an entry-level CNC Operator, you will have the opportunity to work with advanced machinery and gain valuable experience in the manufacturing industry. This role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. CNC Mill Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate CNC machines to fabricate parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Package finished parts for shipment or further processing
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
CNC Mill Operator Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience operating CNC machines preferred
- Ability to handle materials and use various tooling
- Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
