Parts Shipping-Receiving-Parts Counter

Job Duties:

• Responsible for shipping, receiving, checking, and storing parts
• Prepare and process various documents
• Computer entries related to shipping, receiving and inventory controls

• Responsible for promptly and courteously answering phones
• Customer service with walk in customers
• Selecting parts for Customers

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pulling part orders
• Shipping/Receiving
• Stocking
• Inventory
• Some heavy lifting - up to 80 lbs.

• Answering incoming calls
• Assist with walk-in retail customers and their purchases
• Look up and price estimates for both internal and external customers
• Handle and process all warranty requests for company
• Help with housekeeping throughout the parts department when needed, but specifically with the retail counter, will call, and front customer display areas.
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Solid math skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good attendance and work ethic
• Ability to think logically and use problem solving skills
