Job Description
Position Title: Customer Experience Representative
Wage: $21.98/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 6am-2pm
QPS is seeking a Customer Experience Representative for a manufacturer in Waunakee. This company prioritizes their customers by providing a high level of service as well as their internal employees by providing them with the necessary tools to be successful. In addition to a comprehensive 12-week training program designed specifically for Customer Experience Representatives, they also offer on-site training, paid skills training and cross training, seminars, and work-related organizational memberships and certifications. Customer Experience Representative Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Enter orders into manufacturing system
- Contact customers for information about purchase orders
- Work with drafting on order information
- File and maintain paperwork associated with each order
- Assist Customer Experience team by working on quotes from the quotes queue
- Assist Customer Experience team by taking customer phone calls (in back-up capacity)
- May be assigned order processing duties for Key and Target Accounts
- Other duties as assigned
Customer Experience Representative Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- History of good attendance
- Dedicated to quality and accuracy
- Sit at a desk for 8 hours a day
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn and operate different programs
