Rental & Condominium Maintenance Position Available

Job Description
Caribou Property Management is hiring for a full-time well-rounded maintenance technician to join our crew to keep our rental and condominium association properties in good order. The ideal candidate will possess general maintenance experience and a willingness to learn new skills as needed.
Minimum Requirements include:
Minimum Requirements include:
- Basic-level handyman knowledge such as electrical wiring, HVAC, basic carpentry, plumbing, and other general maintenance as it relates to single-family homes and apartments
- Must be comfortable using ladders up to 15 feet high
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Experience with operation of equipment such as snow blowers, lawn mowers, power tools, and small hand tools
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using technology tools (email, smartphone apps, etc.) as part of the job
- Ability to manage time efficiently to complete tasks on a deadline
- Good driving record
- High school diploma
- Position requires being on-call after regular business hours in a rotation with other maintenance staff for emergencies
- Must reside within 30-minute drive of Madison
