Job Description
Caribou Property Management is hiring for a full-time well-rounded maintenance technician to join our crew to keep our rental and condominium association properties in good order.  The ideal candidate will possess general maintenance experience and a willingness to learn new skills as needed.

Minimum Requirements include:
  • Basic-level handyman knowledge such as electrical wiring, HVAC, basic carpentry, plumbing, and other general maintenance as it relates to single-family homes and apartments
  • Must be comfortable using ladders up to 15 feet high
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Experience with operation of equipment such as snow blowers, lawn mowers, power tools, and small hand tools
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using technology tools (email, smartphone apps, etc.) as part of the job
  • Ability to manage time efficiently to complete tasks on a deadline
  • Good driving record
  • High school diploma
  • Position requires being on-call after regular business hours in a rotation with other maintenance staff for emergencies
  • Must reside within 30-minute drive of Madison
