PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is recruiting for an Operations Startup Leader (OSL) in Jeffereson, WI.

Pay: $79.56 per hour

Contract Duration: 1.5 years

Shift: Monday - Friday, Day shift.

Location: 100% onsite in Jefferson, WI

Job Summary

The Operations Startup Leader is responsible for supporting capital projects within a manufacturing environment by ensuring operational readiness through evaluation and implementation of business processes, equipment systems, and technology. They will collaborate with various stakeholders to meet project objectives aligned with business goals.

Collaborate with project team and operations to ensure line readiness and safety (Machine Risk Assessments, Site Acceptance Testing, HECP/LOTO, SHE and QA/Food Safety Planning).

Skill Requirements:

• Project Engineering Management experience with multi-million dollar capital expenditure projects

• Experience in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)

• Knowledge of 5S methodology

• Ability to support E2E (End-to-End) management

• Proficiency in risk assessments such as Machine Risk Assessments, Site Acceptance Testing, HECP/LOTO (Hazardous Energy Control Program/Lockout Tagout) procedures

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree with 5+ years business analysis and project management experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or related environment

OR

Associates degree with 7+ years of project management, and/or business analysis experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

AND

5+ years experience in early management, operations, and/or a startup environment
5+ years' experience in Project Engineering Management of multi-million dollar capex projects

Steel toe shoes are required, and to be provided by the worker at own expense (job requirement).

Preferred Qualitications:

PMP or equivalent Project Management Professional certification

Pay Details: $79.56 per hour
