The Small Law Firm (SLF) CoCounsel Client Executive (CCE) is responsible for customer retention and increasing CoCounsel revenue, usage, and market-share in their assigned account territory. The CoCounsel Client Executive leverages expertise in customer relations, practice experience, negotiations, and product mastery to increase product usage, remove obstacles, and communicate overall product value to top tier customers.

Note: This is a remote role and can be based in any approved location within the United States.

About the Role

In this opportunity as an CoCounsel Client Executive, you will:

• Drive Results: Meet monthly renewal volume and revenue migration requirements

• Retention Focused: Securing long term revenue by targeting multi-year contract goals and assisting with renewal portfolio growth by reaching retention goals

• Sales Process: Aligning with workflow methodology and digital forward workstream

• Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date migration portfolio by meeting business system logging requirements
