Salary:

FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000 per year, but actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.

Your areas of Responsibility:
  • The Toll Blending Project Manager role reports to the Sr Director of Supply Chain Planning and plays an integral role in supporting projects that require strategic partnership in toll blending and subcontract packaging. It is mainly based on organic growth and increased sales within targeted segments. Key responsibilities of this role, but are not limited to:
  • Manage current and identify new suppliers to partner with in supporting sales segment growth opportunities.
  • Successfully own the project life cycle, including activities such as business case review, sup-plier selection, reoccurring touchpoint updates with requestor and stakeholders, contract re-view/negation, material/vendor setup, and product release.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives of the lifecycle for toll and subcontract projects, such as a robust business case justification
  • Collaborate with leadership, key stakeholders, and internal teams to understand inputs, and contribute with solutions toward the market growth.
Qualifications we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain management, Business, or another related supply chain field.
  • 3+ years of experience working with co-manufacturers; preferably chemical industry
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel with excellent quantitative and data analysis skills.
  • Project Management Experience required
  • Team and people oriented, professional and displays a "can-do" attitude.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with SAP Subcontract process preferred
  • Highly organized, detailed orientated and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment (accuracy, timeliness, reliability, adaptability, and responsiveness).
  • Ability to travel occasionally for supplier visits
