Analyst, Investor Relations

The Analyst, Investor Relations will support the company's external and internal Investor Relations and communications activities. This role will play a critical part in shaping and conveying our corporate narrative, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring transparency in all communications.

Responsibilities

  • Support all aspects of the investor relations and communications programs, including reviewing SEC filings, annual report development, annual shareholder meeting, IR website, investor conferences, investor meetings, quarterly earnings and governance/proxy related matters
  • Work with internal teams (Financing, Accounting, business unit leads, and others) to gather global performance data, competitive analysis, and in-depth financial and strategic information to draft earnings materials, press releases, and prepare management for investor meetings
  • Assist with creation and upkeep of investor relations materials including earnings presentations, earnings call scripts, press releases, marketing decks and other analytical and support documents
  • Review SEC filings including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and proxy materials
  • Coordinate conference call and webcast hosting logistics for the quarterly earnings calls and investor conferences
  • Work with Sustainability team on governance and ESG reporting
  • Assist with the creation and review of press releases
  • Develop and manage press kits and collateral
  • Develop corporate communications materials, including press releases, Q&As, fact sheets, website content, executive talking points, social media materials etc., in collaboration with external agencies, corporate partners, and internal colleagues
  • Seeks new methods and creative strategies to increase internal and external awareness of key events and changes in the organization including the launch of new products, special events, local and global community service, and other topics of interest.
  • Liaise with Public Relations Firm, external media relations, and external Investor Relations advisors
  • Work with outside vendor to update content on Investor Relations website
  • Take ownership of Investor Relations CRM system to track investor interactions
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization to ensure understanding and visibility of communications initiatives across departments
  • Build and maintain strong company and sector expertise. Stay current on all business activities, including financial implications, competitive landscape and disclosure requirements.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or similar
  • At least 1-2 years of financial services or similar experience preferred (investment banking, equity research, investor relations, management consulting, corporate finance or related fields)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Motivated and proactive. Able to work independently within a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize among many time-sensitive demands
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to explain and present complex information
  • Ability to work well with ambiguity and in a entrepreneurial environment, consistently delivering exceptional results
